Nope, those Miyazaki vibes you’re getting are not imaginary.
You know when you see an adorable puppy and you just want to squeeze it until its eyes pop out? Or when you spy an old couple holding hands and you wanna throw yourself into a brick wall? That’s called cute aggression, and I have it so bad for these miniature paper houses with details so precious I could fully pass out.
Brought to the world by Sankei, a paper craft company from Japan (where else?), these scale models of Miyazaki movie settings are now available on Amazon. But be warned — they don’t arrive already assembled and adorable. You have to put in the hard work of folding and gluing and physically restraining yourself from hugging the delicate paper close to your body until it’s nothing more than sawdust. aarrghska;lskdjfa;lskdjf.
