The next Steven Squirrelberg?
A Squirrel's-Eye View
Movies these days are all the same. Plot, characters, resolution, blah, blah, blah. Who needs it? Give me something unexpected. Give me something directed by a squirrel.
Well here ya go, bored cinephiles. YouTuber Viva Frei left his GoPro camera on the ground at a park, only to have it nabbed by a squirrel who then carried it into the canopy of a nearby tree. As our furry friend scurries up the trunk, we get a squirrel's-eye view of quick-moving branches, à la Tarzan. And when the little Steven Squirrelberg thinks he's made his directorial point, he promptly mic-drops the camera to the ground. Now that's art. Someone give this rodent an Oscar!
