The 19-year-old model tends to be on the more private side with her relationship, but she recently opened up to Glamour about her relationship with Abel Tesfaye, better known as Canadian crooner, The Weeknd.
The couple took their relationship public when attending the 2016 Grammys in February, where The Weeknd took home a total of eight awards for his album "Beauty Behind the Madness."
"It was a big night for him," Bella said of his success."He has worked so hard, and he did so well that night. As a girlfriend I wanted to be there to support him. Seeing him so happy when he won a Grammy made me so happy."
Anyone who's listened to the Weeknd knows that he tends to sing about drugs and sleeping with a lot of women, highlighting the despair that follows. Bella points out that while she's a fan of his music, that's not the man that she's in love with.
"I'm dating Abel. I don't see him as The Weeknd," she says. "I'm proud of The Weeknd and the music he makes, but I really love Abel." Sooo cute. It's real cool that Bella is able to separate his stage persona from the man he actually is. Who knew he was such a big softie?
Aside from being head over heels in love with Abel, Bella has a skyrocketing career of her own. Not only is she quickly becoming a fashion icon like Gigi, but she's the face of Dior and most recently, is fronting J.W. Anderson's ad campaign. When it comes to staying focused on set, get this—she credits The Weeknd.
