Pokemon Go Might Land You In Jail If You’re Not Careful
In case you live under a rock, Pokemon Go is an augmented reality game where players are immersed in the world of Pokemon. Players battle other trainers in the hopes of finally catching ‘em all.
One couple got way too into catching Pokemon, and got in big trouble for it.
On the day before her arrest, Robin Bartholomy had this to say on Facebook...
The very next day, Robin, together with Adrian Crawford, was arrested for breaking into the Toledo Zoo while playing Pokemon Go.
After being spotted by zoo officials close to the tiger enclosure at around two in the morning, the two were charged with criminal trespassing and taken to Lucas County Jail.
When Crawford Police asked for an explanation for her behavior, Robin allegedly had a simple answer.
“You gotta catch ‘em all,” she responded.
Supposedly, after her arrest, police officers in Toledo began playing the game. Now I'm not too sure who's in the right in this situation.
In the end, I hope the duo was able to catch that Pokemon they so desperately sought out. I'm sure they never guessed they were going to be caught, too.
