Sriracha forever 😍
Sriracha may very well be the condiment of the gods
But if your stockpile runs dry, have no fear—you can make the popular hot sauce on your own with a few basic ingredients.
1. Halve and clean 8 oz of assorted peppers (jalapeno, Fresno, serrano etc.)
2. Peel 1/2 C garlic cloves (about 10 cloves)
3. Combine chiles, garlic, 3 T sugar, 3/4 t salt, 1/4 C white vinegar in a medium saucepan
4. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes
5. Transfer to blender and add 1/4 C hot water
6. Blend until smooth
Store in an air-tight container and enjoy within 7-10 days!
