This Deleted 'Zootopia' Scene Would've Made The Movie Depressing AF
Prepare to have your heart broken.
By now, everyone should've seen Disney's "Zootopia."
If not, you're truly missing out—it's one of the highest-rated Disney movies on Rotten Tomatoes, with a rating of 98%.
Kids and adults kids at heart enjoy the buddy-cop film reminiscent of a classic noir film and the hidden themes and messages tucked away in each scene. Now that the film is available to own, we finally have access to bonus content like deleted scenes.
In the original version of the film, the charming fox Nick is actually the main character. In the original story, the predators are forced to wear taming collars to ensure they won't revert to their aggressive ways.
On a predator's fifth birthday, they are presented with the collar as a right of passage. Think of it as a bar mitzvah, but with the gift being a possibly deadly necklace that shocks you if you screw up. In other words: It's dark AF.
