Starbucks is all about their secret rainbow refreshments, but you can make this wonderfully creamy red velvet dream drink right in your own home.
It's simple to make, but super-impressive to look at.
You'll need espresso, cocoa powder, whole milk, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, red food dye and some sugar (if you like).
You'll use an espresso machine, milk steamer and a mixer, so gather those guys, too.
First, make a shot of espresso into a glass of ice.
In a separate glass, steam milk, pour in a big spoonful of cocoa powder and add about 20 drops of the red dye.
Next, whip up your cream until it starts to form peaks. Then add in a spoonful of cream cheese.
Mix it all together, add a dollop of that delicious cream and add a sprinkle of cocoa powder for good measure.
