This Pixar Fan Theory About Edna Mode From 'The Incredibles' Is Insane
"No capes!" makes so much sense now.
We all remember Edna Mode from 'The Incredibles' and her veritable catch phrase.
She's also a complete badass who intimidates Supers—and she designs some truly beautiful super suits.
And we can't wait to see the whole gang in The Incredibles 2 (even if we have to wait until 2019).
Well, one 'Incredibles' fan has a Edna Mode theory she'd like to see played out in the sequel.
Edna falls in love with an equally fabulous man "(or lady because Edna Mode can do whatever she want)" who ends up being a Super. Naturally, she designs a new suit for bae.
It has a cape, in true Super fashion. But the worst happens and she loses bae to a cape-related accident.
This, understandably, prompts her deep-seated hatred of capes for her clients
And as a heartbroken designer, she throws herself into her work and builds an impressive empire.
Lexitania describes the story as "an elongated first 15 minutes of 'UP' with super powers" and TBH, this sounds like an awesome sequel plot.
