The Kardashians Could Be Moving From TV To The Big Screen
The Kardashians kan't stop and won't stop.
For twelve seasons, we've gotten to know, love and even grow up with the Kardashian/Jenner clan on their E! reality show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." Obviously, a lot has changed since season one of the show—remember when Kim's sex tape was a huge deal and Khloé got arrested? The Kardashians are a lot richer these days, but that's because the family keeps finding ways to stay relevant.
With Kim Kardashian reining as Snapchat queen, Kylie Jenner dominating Instagram with her sexy selfies and Kendall taking the modeling world by storm, the world can't seem to get enough of the Kardashians—and it's starting to look like we'll only be getting more.
The Kardashian family has dominated the reality television space for about a decade now, but they could be headed for a major upgrade (if that's even possible for this famous family)—a Kardashian movie.
The Kardashians could be coming to a theater near you!
Kris Jenner has reportedly been offered a nine-figure sum up front for a "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" feature film
Mail Online reports that the movie would star Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie and the storyline would take place in New York and Los Angeles.
"A top Hollywood studio executive told me today that his major studio intends to make a huge offer to the Kardashian family to star in a feature-length film," Ian Halperin reportedly told The Sun.
The film will reportedly have some v random impressive star-studded cameos as well.
The film version of "KUWTK" is reportedly negotiating guest appearances from George Clooney, Jimmy Fallon and Charlize Theron.
Well, that's certainly an *interesting* guest-star roster.
Studios are said to believe the Kardashian movie could become "the highest TV-show-turned-movie ever"
The Kardashians have already proven that their spinoff shows are successful. Its most recent spinoff "I Am Cait," which chronicles Caitlyn Jenner's gender transition, is actually pulling in more viewers than "KUWTK" alone.
But let's talk about a few things we'd really want to see featured in this potential 'KUWTK' movie
1. A good, old-fashioned Yeezy rant
Better than the time he went off on Wiz Khalifa on Twitter, and more passionate than his spiel about power and change on "Ellen."
2. Some Blac Chyna dramz
Blac Chyna has been stirring up kontroversy with the Kardashian family even before her engagement to Rob—she's Kim's former friend and the baby mama of Tyga, who dated Kylie. When Chyna announced her pregnancy, it made the family tree even more complicated—because there's now a baby Kardashian on the way carried by the Kardashian's biggest enemy. Bring on the drama.
3. North West's Snapchat obsession
North West used to be scared of all the Snapchat filters, but now she's a total pro and even outshines Kimmy on the app. Nothing like a Spapchat savvy two-year-old.
Well, if there's one thing we know about the Kardashians it's that nothing is ever boring—which is why we expect a kickass movie.
