There's Hope For The Next Generation: Kid Scientist Shuts Down Anti-Vaxxers
Mic. Drop.
Meet Marco Arturo, a 12-year-old scientist who has been making waves as of late. In his latest Facebook video, he took on the controversial topic of vaccination with a new approach.
Marco opened the video by gathering "all the evidence in the observable world that vaccines cause Autism"
But there was a small snafu
The folder actually had no evidence, and as Marco put it "I think it might be because there is absolutely no evidence to support the stigma that vaccines are linked to Autism in any way whatsoever."
He's right, of course, at least according to the CDC,—and if you read any articles making a link, they've since been redacted and proved fraudulent.
He pointed out that vaccines helped millions of children avoid diseases like polio, measles, meningitis and hepatitis
He did take a moment to address his opposition
But he shut them down in the same breath
"It's everyone else's child you're putting in danger because you read some forwarded email"
So please, vaccinate your children
The video has been viewed 4.8 million times with 17,000 comments (and plenty of arguments), but thousands of people have come out in support of Marco, including Ashton Kutcher
Mic drop indeed, Marco, mic drop indeed
