Michael Scott of "The Office" is a truly unique human specimen.
In Season 4 of "The Office," Michael boldly followed his GPS directions right into a lake because, well, because he's Michael Scott.
Michael's idiocy hadn't been rivaled in real life until a 23-year-old living in Kitchener, Ontario gave him a run for his driving skills.
On the particularly foggy and rainy night of May 12, 2016, she was following the directions on her GPS and followed them right down the boat launch into Lake Huron.
It was after midnight when the accident occurred and the car quickly filled with sub 40-degree water, though the driver thought quickly enough to roll down her window and escape to safety on land. She hasn't spoken to the press for understandable reasons, but officials did say she was "a little embarrassed."
Crews removed the car from the lake the next day and there were no other injuries from the incident, except a few stabs at her pride, of course.
And just to be safe, let's keep her away from anyone named Meredith.
