Captain America Is Dating Your Favorite Funny Lady

Chris Evans (AKA Captain America, AKA dude with muscles) is dating Jenny Slate (AKA Marcel The Shell, AKA Mona Lisa Saperstein AKA the real star of 'Kroll Show'). 

How the heck did these two weirdos even meet? Did the Marvel universe collide with an indie comedy show? Kinda. Chris and Jenny met as costars in the upcoming movie 'Gifted.' Back in April, they appeared together on Anna Faris' podcast 'Unqualified,' where Jenny spoke about her initial uncertainty about meeting Chris, saying, "I was a little scared because I kind of felt like, 'Well, I don't know him. He's a giant man with huge muscles and he's Captain America. How could we ever connect?' [But the] first night that we hung out I was like, 'Wow, I could hang out with Chris for like 90 hours.'"

This news of new coupledom comes a month after Jenny's split from husband Dean Fleischer-Camp, her co-creator in the beloved 'Marcel the Shell' short films. RIP that beautiful collaboration. We're sure these two can make some magic of their own together.
