The New 'Little Obama' Ice Cream Bar From Russia Has US Officials Pissed AF
If you ever wanted a "Little Obama" in your mouth, now's your chance.
Relations between the U.S. and Russia just got a little chillier with the announcement of a new creamy treat: the "Little Obama".
A Russian company is trying to cash in on the icy relationship between the two powerhouse countries by throwing shade at the POTUS. US officials, who have decided to remain unnamed, think the sugary treat is in bad taste. They stated that the Russian media is driving home an anti-American message in recent years. U.S. officials even went so far as to call the ice cream "discriminatory or racist."
The ice cream wrapper features a small African boy with a large, gold earring and one ankle bracelet—at least, we hope it's an ankle bracelet. Not only because it would be a fabulous accessory choice, but because the other implication is more than overtly insensitive and racist.
This new, offensive ice cream treat comes on the heels of a Siberian cafe, based in Krasnoyarsk, that features dozens of pictures of Russian president Vladimir Putin. The cafe also boasts Obama's face on its toilet paper and toilet mats that are the colors of the U.S. flag. Which, sounds like a pricey investment for a simple poop joke, if you ask us.

Of course Trump supporters had a field day with the racist ice cream.
And then there were the people that took the opportunity to criticize the Obama administration.
A few days later the chocolatey treat was pulled from production.
Maybe if we hurry, we can scoop up some commemorative bars for the sake of history. The public will probably be jonesing for an Obamka bar as soon Trump is in the Oval Office.
