Festival Season Has Barely Started, And People Are Already Being Dumb
Everyone needs to callllllllm down.
The Governors Ball is a music festival in New York that is basically like every other music festival ever.
Here's the picture on their website, to prove my point.
And like most music festivals, attendees get wristbands to get in and out of the venue.
The Governors Ball started sending out those wristbands recently to ticket holders. One of the wristbands' features is that once people put them on, they can't come off. That way you can't pass it along to someone else for another day.
The wristbands went out about a month before the actual festival and hyper-excited fans had NO CHILL and decided to put them on immediately.
Maybe it's just me, but I have a real hard time feeling bad for these people.
It seems obvious that this is what would happen, doesn't it?
But, apparently it's not obvious for enough people...
Luckily, The Governors Ball is taking pitty on the overexcited hipsters, and allowing them to get another wristband for $20.
The organizers of The Governors Ball are much nicer than I am...I would have made all these bozos keep it on for the next month.
