Buuuuuut, maybe they're not so glamorous after all — at least, not for the employees at Spatz Laboratories, who produce Kylie Cosmetics and compare the working environments to a sweat shop.
Employees at the California-based factory have posted reviews of the company on Indeed.com, noting the factory's "uncomfortable" work environment.

This person documented the grueling hours employees spend making the products from start to finish.
Other employees note the factory itself is "dirty" and "dangerous..."
...with poor management, too.
While there were some positive reviews, most reviewers agreed the work experience overall was excruciating.
None of the reviews mentioned Kylie, but the teen queen frequently visits the factory to promote her products.
Spatz also released the following statement to Radar, saying that: "Spatz Laboratories has over 60 years of experience in manufacturing and has always maintained the highest level of standards according to United States labor laws."
