6 Celebrities Trying To Resurrect Their Careers By Endorsing Trump
Have you ever been so desperate for a popularity boost that you pledged allegiance to Donald Trump?
1. Aaron Carter
Aaron's been trying to get back in the spotlight since he beat Shaq in a streetball game. From an appearance on "Dancing with the Stars" to his attempts to get Hilary Duff back, Aaron's real good at flubbing media stunts.
Post Trump endorsement, Aaron released a new album and blessed us with his first music video in 11 years.
Coincidence? I think not. There are so many compelling parts of this video that I don't even know where to begin. After endorsing Trump, he also got a feature in Complex magazine . Seriously.
2. Dennis Rodman
Rodman showboated alongside Trump on "Celebrity Apprentice" in 2009, and now he's pretty good pals with North Korea leader Kim Jong-un. Given all that information, it's no wonder he's voiced his support for another polarizing asshole.
3. Tila Tequila
This OG internet celeb has been up to a lot of shameful shit since VH1's "Shot Of Love." Besides a failed attempt at a music career, she was kicked off "Celebrity Big Brother 16" for voicing support for Nazis.
That's right. Tila Tequila <3's Hitler.
In 2013, Tila took pictures of herself in front of Auschwitz wearing a swastika armband, promoting her belief that Hitler was a great guy "painted out to be a monster after his death."
Given Trump's political views have been compared to those of Hitler's, we're not quite sure if this is a PR stunt or just a serious cautionary tale of the perils of internet stardom.
4. Azealia Banks
Back in February, the controversial rap artist went on a Twitter rant announcing her choice to Make America Great Again.
Calling out our nation's flaws, then admitting you're going to feed into them. You go, girl.
At least she's very vocal about why she won't vote for other candidates.
5. Kid Rock
When Kid Rock isn't making what can only be described as "raw rock music you can shake your ass to," he is very vocal about his political views.
The musician recently opened up to Rolling Stone, stating that he's "digging" Trump as a presidential candidate.
Maybe he can help Trump come up with a better campaign song than this weird one...
Seriously. We'd rather listen to "Bawitdaba" than this garbage. And that's saying a lot.
6. Mike Tyson
The former boxing champion announced his allegiance to Trump back in October. When asked for his opinion on Trump's immigration policy, Tyson suggested someone should work with Trump on his speech delivery. Who better for the job than a damaged boxer with a serious lisp?
"Thop all the immigranths brom crothhhing the border!!!!"
