These Dancers Nearly Set the Floor on Fire With This Badass Tap Routine
They did Queen 🐝 proud.
You probably associate tap dancing with the emotionally scarring super exciting times you spent in your childhood dance class.
If you're anything like me, you much preferred any activity that didn't involve sweating or physical work.
Chloe Arnold, choreographer and director of The Syncopated Ladies dance band is about to change your mind about that.
The D.C. native and her crew of badass babes are tap dancers that add a touch of sass and femininity to the classic dance style.
The Syncopated Ladies just released a choreography video to your favorite song of the moment, Beyonce's "Formation."
The denim-clad dancers nearly gave me whiplash with their hairflips and fast feet.
The super precise footwork and modern take on tap is so exciting to watch.
Beyonce herself even shared the video on her Facebook page.
This isn't the first time Chloe Arnold has been inspired by Mrs. Carter. She's also created choreography for "***Flawless" and has created an entire tribute to Beyonce.
"[Beyonce's] everything you want to be," Maud Arnold, Chloe's sister and collaborator, told the Huffington Post. "She holds her sisters up, she inspires others, she loves being a black woman and she embraces it. And it's really important for us to express that, too."
