Gabby Douglas Just Proved She's The Queen Of The Beam With This Routine
This girl is on fire.
You might remember Gabby Douglas as an Olympic gold medalist who killed the gymnastics competition during the 2012 summer games when she was just 16-years-old.
Well, she's back and stronger than ever. She recently competed at the AT&T American Cup and totally killed it. She gets on the beam with such precision. It's just a sign of what the rest of her routine will look like.
12,541 fans were in attendance and the crowd roared during every part of her impressive routine.
“I’m stronger now than in 2012,” she told Team USA, “The form needs to be better, but my mental game is more there, and I feel more aggressive.”
She certainly proved that she was in it to win. She left with a 60.165 score after the nearly flawless routine.
If this is any indication of the performance she's going to bring to Rio this summer, then we're probably looking at a two-time Olympic gold medalist.
You go, Gabby!
