Everything Makes Sense Now That This Theory About Neville Is Out There
Another 10 points for Neville and for Gryffindor!
So you remember this Neville Longbottom transformation, because who could forget that beauty?
And there was also this bravery scale transformation from year one to seven.
But there's one important transformation to consider that you've probably forgotten about
For the first five books, Neville was a comically bad student.
But then we get this tidbit in "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" -- Neville was using his dad's wand. When he breaks it, he muses that his grandmother will kill him for breaking his dad's wand.
And thanks to Ollivander we know that the wand chooses the wizard.
And THEN, when Neville gets his own, new wand, he becomes the badass wizard we know and love.
And he started doing adorable things like his:
And heroic game-changing things like this:
So now we know, this guy was always an amazing wizard, just equipped with the wrong tools. Respect, Longbottom!
