The Women Of 'Archer' Posing In Swimsuits For 'Sports Illustrated'
The women from "Archer" tore it up in Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Edition.
Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit 2016 edition was released in February.
The 2016 Swimsuit edition has three separate covers, featuring the likes of Hailey Clausen, Ashley Graham and MMA fighter Ronda Rousey in full body paint among many other wonderful models.
The 2016 edition also had three surprise models.
Three female characters from the FX animated series "Archer" showed up, clad in swimsuits. This is anything but typical form for Lana, Pam and Cheryl, who were rendered in revealing swimsuits in an advertisement partnership between FX and Sports Illustrated. The illustrations comically mimic the layout of a traditional SI Swimsuit Edition page - displaying the model, photographer, location and swimsuit designer (occasionally replaced by a fun fact). You'll noticed the credits are given to Sterling Archer, Ray Gillette and Algernop Krieger, three of the series' male main characters.
Lana Kane, the top female agent.
Note the photographer and the little anecdote about him.
Pam Poovey, director of HR.
Easily one of the funniest characters on "Archer," Pam regularly bothers her coworkers by talking to them with her dolphin puppet. Here she is, killin' it in full American garb.
Cheryl Tunt, the "mentally unstable" secretary.
Strangely enough, this one was taken by Krieger, who we all know is insane and also very, very creepy.
And a bonus Pam, because I know you've been dying to see her in a different swimsuit.
What do you think? Which "Archer" lady is your favorite? Does one kill it more than another, or is it just overall a pretty creepy experience to see cartoons in swimsuits?
