Use that isopropyl alcohol again to disinfect any metal tools you use and if there is any actual nail polish residue, use nail polish remover on a q-tip to remove that first.
Pro Tip: This is also great for tweezers!
Razors
Since you know you somehow cut yourself every. damn. time. you want to make sure your razor is disinfected. Just wipe with isopropyl alcohol on a cotton pad (ideally before each use)

Hairdryer
Get all that dust and gunk out of your hairdryer with an old toothbrush for a cleaner, safer drying experience!
Curling Iron (Or metal straightener)
This trick will bring new life and efficiency to your curling iron -- simply rub it down with steel wool to remove built-up gunk from heat protectors or hairspray.
Loofah (or sponges)
Try any one of these methods to keep your favorite bathtime accessory clean!
Clarisonic Brush Head
It deep-cleans your face like a dream, but how do you keep it clean? First, use a small amount of baby shampoo to scrub the bristles, rinse and place brush-side-down into a combination of 1/4 C hydrogen peroxide and 1/4 C water. Let it soak for 15-30 minutes and rinse!
And while you're at it, maybe get rid of that mascara from high school...
