There's an island off the coast of Japan that has been harboring a huge secret for decades.
During WWII, the island was used to manufacture poisonous gas. The operation was so secretive that the island has been wiped off of many maps and many of the workers had no clue what they were making.
...but that isn't the big secret.
I was talking about how this island is overpopulated with bunnies. Yes, that's right...BUNNIES!
Everywhere you look...BUNNIES!
There are big ones! There are little ones! And they're ALL friendly!
ÅŒkunoshima, aka Rabbit Island is perfect for the population because there are no actual predators that reside on the island.
It's unknown how the bunnies got to the island in the first place, but they are sure about one thing...
They're so friggin' adorable!!
If you have treats for them, they'll surround you!
Just look at those cute eyes staring back at you....
...and OMG that fluffy fur!
When you're here on Rabbit Island, it's obvious that the bunnies are in charge.
And we wouldn't have it any other way.
