To make your own vegan Jabba the Hut shepherd's pie, here's everything you'll need.
Easy enough, yes?
Oh Jabba, I will appreciate you as soon as you're filling my belly with delicious vegan-ness, in about an hour and a half (cooking plus prep time).
The recipe's pretty easy to make, and not terribly time-consuming.
These vegetables look delicious and healthy. All you have to do is cook up the veggies - starting with garlic, then adding onions, carrots and mushrooms. After you've cooked all of those up, and flour, herbs and the wet ingredients to get a nice gravy-like consistency.
Part of the cooking process involves making mashed potatoes, which ultimately cover your vegetables in the dish.
The mashed potatoes will form a base for Jabba to lounge on. You'll also make Jabba himself out of mashed potatoes.
After you've formed Jabba, you'll make a realistic face on him using dried seaweed.
Awesome.
Before long, you'll have a delicious Jabba pie to eat.
Don't miss out on any steps while making your pie - get the full recipe from Yuki's website!
Look, even Jabba's excited at the thought of eating a vegan version of himself!
