A Florida Man Thought It Would Be Funny to Throw a Gator Into a Wendy's
This obviously happened in Florida.
Lots of people credit fast food joints as one of their first jobs. It can be pretty hard work, especially when hungry customers start to get a little crazy.
Well, imagine how terrifying it was when a customer at the drive thru tossed a live alligator into the drive-thru window of a Wendy's restaurant in Florida.
The crime took place 6 months ago, but it took this long for authorities to find the person responsible.
Joshua James, the man arrested for throwing the gator into the window claimed that it was all a prank and he "probably won't be doing anything like this again."
He says he was sober at the time and found the gator on the side of the road with a friend. The picked up the gator and brought it to the Wendy's where we says on of his friends works with the intention of freaking him out. He is facing charges for aggravated assault and illegal possession and transportation of an alligator.
