by N/A, 7 years ago | 1 min read

We all know that booze is for the betterment of your health and can collectively agree that chocolate is the sweetest, most irresistible indulgence on this planet. We all also know that Japan is always coming up with innovative new creations, but do we all know that all of these things have recently come together in one of the most glorious food/beverage mashups that has ever graced the face of the Earth? Well, I did, and lucky for you, I'm here to tell you about it!

Alcohol Japan Asia Alcoholic Drinks Desserts Non-Premium

The Japan branch of Nestlé's KITKAT sector has just released a new sake flavored white chocolate encrusted wafers. It comes full-bodied with a 0.8% alcohol content.

What it says above is what you'll find in this decadent dessert-drink duo of sorts:

"Elegant taste of sake, it was wrapped in a gentle sweetness of white chocolate. 9 pieces nationwide souvenir shop, 3 pieces, you'd find at the national convenience store."

Essentially, the morale of the story is that if you just really need a break–you need someone to give you a break, alcohol is always a great way to wind down.

But, if you really, truly need to be given a break, just please give yourself a break: "Break [yourself] off a piece of that KITKAT [infused with delicious Japanese sake] bar!"
