Deadpool Made A Very 'Ballsy' PSA And It Applies Strictly To Men
How well do you know your happy sack?
20th Century Fox's promotion of "Deadpool," which comes out Feb 12, has been absolutely on point thus far.
Seriously, this is how super hero movies should be marketed.
After all, he is 'The Merc with a Mouth.'
As lewd as Deadpool can be though, he still does a lot of good - like this PSA he recently made for testicular cancer.
Deadpool worked with UK-based testicular cancer charity, Ballboys (get it?), a group that hopes to bring awareness and levity to the disease, and help remind men to consistently check for identifiable signs and symptoms.
And who better to bring comedic relief to the most common form of cancer in men 15 - 35 than a slapstick mercenary who once had pervasive cancer and refers to himself as "a testicle with teeth"?
He begins the announcement in typical smutty Deadpool fashion, asking viewers an important question.
Notice the pool balls in his hands...yeah, he twirls those bad boys around the entire time.
Still twirling.
Even while talking about testicular cancer, Deadpool can still somehow find a way to make us laugh.
Seriously, name one other person, fictional or non, who's made you laugh by talking about cancer. Wait, you know them personally? Jesus, you have some repugnant friends. *Judging you*
"...So the next time you're shopping for one in sexy salad section, remember to tweak the tomatoes before you go cucumber-crazy." #touchyourselftonight
No, seriously. That's the hashtag for the campaign.
"Haha...puns." Watch the whole hilarious thing here:
