You've heard it all when it comes to breakfast, and there's plenty of reason you shouldn't skip on the first meal of the day. Namely, the compounding of the two parts of the word: break, fast. You need to break the fast that you've experienced between dinner and the waking moments of your morning. That should be reason enough, because who doesn't love eating? Not convinced? Here are some more definitive reasons.
Oh boy, do we know you love bacon! You can admittedly eat bacon at any point during the day, but when it's one of the key ingredients for a morning meal, why pass that opportunity up? You don't have to, that's the beautiful breakfast point! Sizzle and griddle your way to the day's first greasy treat and get happy.
Most breakfast foods are literally just excuses to eat dessert, and nobody questions you for doing so. Eat pancakes. Eat waffles. Eat doughnuts. The list goes on, and they're all breakfast foods, yet actually just cleverly disguised desserts. More syrup/sugar/immense feelings of child-like joy, please!
