This Photographer Takes Incredible Shots Of His Home Country In The Morning

Have you ever heard of Belarus?

If you haven't, don't feel bad - you're not alone.

Belarus is an Eastern European country between Poland and Russia little known by Westerners...

And it's covered with serene, picturesque landscapes.

Photographer and native Belarusian Alex Ugalnikov aims to capture these landscapes, particularly during dawn, when the morning sun's colors are most vibrant.

Titled “Morning Poetry” or “Return To Magenta," the ongoing photo series is comprised of captivating shots of the little-known nation's tranquil countryside.

And while Ugalnikov is only a self-labeled "hobby photographer," his beautiful photographs certainly make him seem as though he's a professional.
