This Physicist Just Defied Death With 3 Different Scientific Laws

by N/A, 9 years ago | 1 min read

Andreas Wahl is a physicist who has put his life on the line repeatedly by believing in the laws of nature. Working alongside the Finnish company NRK Viten and Logan & Sons' Christian Holm-Glad, Wahl has stared death in the face, and laughed it off with the power of science and a little bit of sweat on his forehead presumably. His death-defying acts of physics will make you want to scream out, "You're finished!" just before he safely pulls it off and rebuts, "No, I am Finnish though."

Technology Science Physics Non-Premium

Okay, he doesn't really rebut that as his acts of physics divinity end, but he does take a deep, relieving breath that his faith in science didn't cost him his life. First, let's watch as he nearly falls to his death, only to be saved by a kettle bell.

As he's free falling, you know all he can think is:

"That ball better f*cking do what I calculated it would do, or I'm done for. Start wrapping!"

Next up, Wahl signs himself up to be a human BBQ, testing the laws of water evaporation. This is much riskier than simply walking across hot coals.

This waterslide is nothing you'd find at a local waterpark, however, with Wahl's precise physics it obviously could be safe for others. Although, that seems like a very minute possibility.

Finally, Wahl doesn't even flinch as he fires an automatic weapon directly at his torso, because he trusts that science will save his life. He even pulls the trigger himself.

Okay, Wahl definitely takes the term mad scientist to a whole new level, because these scientific acts are literally tempting death. If even the slightest bit of his physics calculations were off, we would not be viewing these videos and would instead be reading an article about a Finnish man who finished his life off by trying to do a cooky experiment.

Either way, the score is in:

Physics/Wahl–1
Death/Omnipotent forces in charge of our very being–0
