This is new mom Anthea Jackson-Rushford. On January 4, she gave birth to twins Kristian and Kristiana 11 weeks premature. The babies each weighed only 2 pounds.

The twins' bond is already apparent. Anthea posted a video on Facebook showing Kristiana and Kristian holding each other's hands while their father cradles them to his chest.

The video went viral and made its way around the web, racking up nearly five million total views.

It's actually too cute for words.

"It's like he's going... 'I've got you,'" the new parents said.

They just can't seem to let go of each other, and it's definitely making motherhood easier on Anthea.
