These Parents Have Definitely Hit Expert Level With Their Playpen Skills
Babies are weird. They're tiny humans who will probably find a way to kill themselves if they're not kept in cages. Hence the need for baby cages. Alternatively called playpens (the name sounds a little friendlier) in some circles, these infant corrals have more uses than you might think. On this reddit thread, people showed how they set up their baby cages to maximize their benefit.
The photo had the caption, "I could never game because of my toddler son so I finally bought a play pen." What a brilliant dad. Instead of using a baby cage to keep the kid in, he uses it to keep the kid out. It's that kind of outside-the-box-thinking that makes this dad something special.
It's kind of amazing this isn't more popular. Sure, your kid's safety is important, but what about the safety of your computer and various gaming apparatuses?
User thrownaway21 may be slightly more adult, as this baby cage (or is it a dog pen?) is being used to protect important work-related things. At least I think.
Even straightillin is a big fan of the alternative use for a play pen.
But it works, and you don't necessarily have to set up a playpen to protect just your computer.
It works great for protecting just about anything from that destructive little force carrying half of your genes.
