Bob Dylan or Jimmy Fallon? The "Tonight Show" host impersonated the famous singer on January 13 when he took the stage to perform his best rendition of Drake's "Hotline Bling." #Random, but #SoGood.
The similarity between Fallon and Dylan is actually uncanny.
