When Ice Cube, Kevin Hart And Conan O'Brien Teach A Woman To Drive All Hell Breaks Loose
Getting your driver's license is a right of passage into the early stages of adulthood, as most citizens knock this feat out at the age of 16. Conan O'Brien is among those who earned the right to operate a motor vehicle in his teenage youth, but one of his "Conan" staff members, Diana Chang, has put off that process off–until now.
Here's O'Brien with Chang as she first tests out getting behind the wheel, in a "student driver" vehicle. As you can see from the expression on O'Brien's face, she's a little heavy on the brakes.
After a little practice, O'Brien decides it time for Chang to experience what it's like to drive when there are more distractions, not only outside the car but from inside. So, he tells her to pull over and pick up a few of friends for a little ride along (italicized reference to be revealed momentarily).
That's when Kevin Hart and Ice Cube hop in the back seat. They seem to be the perfect people to give some driving assistance, as their new movie, Ride Along 2, is coming to theaters soon.
This is when Hart says he's not going to wear his seatbelt, because, you know, "thug life." Ice Cube doesn't see it that way, and offers this little anecdote on being "hard" and a safe passenger as well:
"Tupac was one of the biggest thugs I know, and he always wore his seatbelt."
After a bunch of Hart road-rage and general conversations with cars driving by, the three passengers see a business they all think would be a good place to pull over and check out: a dispensary.
Of course, after they check out the selection, they purchase some premium stuff and ensure to hotbox in the car.
*SPOILER ALERT: Conan takes over the wheel and breaks the law in front of a police officer with, "A lot of weed on me!"
You can watch there entire adventure here. One thing is for sure: Diana Chang definitely knows exactly what not to do as a licensed driver now.
