The building is valued at 203,300.00, but owner Mike Hurley thinks the competition will earn that money and then some. There are just a few rules you'll need to follow to get in the running.

• Be certain there is no name or anything that would specifically identity you in the essay.
• Submit a non-refundable entry fee of $100.00, as a certified check or money order
