In a fit of pure genius, tumblr user winterisrambling made a remarkable discovery: Star Wars and The Princess Bride are practically the same. And she's got proof, too.
In case you didn't know, Star Wars and The Princess Bride are basically the same movie.
The discovery (which seems obvious now) was made by tumblr user winterisrambling.
In what can only be described as pure genius, winterisrambling created a tumblr post that combined quotes and scenes from the two films.
As you can see, the two films are staggeringly similar.
Eventually, this tumblr post had me wondering, "wait, am I watching Star Wars or The Princess Bride right now?"
