It'll be spring time before you know it! Until then, bundle up with these hacks.
1. Wear light layers instead of a heavy sweater.
This makes it easier to adjust to a change is temperature and buildings that might have the heat on really high.
2. Keep antifreeze in your car (and at your work desk).
Keep a little bottle of antifreeze with you. You don't want to be out of luck if your car door is frozen shut after work.
(The wine and ice cream are for when you hibernate on your couch.)

5. Invest in a pair of boots that fit properly and will keep you warm. You should be able to fit one pair of socks with your boots on comfortably.
Doubling up on socks sounds like a good idea, but it can cut off circulation and cause blisters.
Create a mixture of water, vinegar and few drops of essential oils and put it in a spray bottle. Spray it on some newspaper until it's damp and put the newspaper inside your boots.

12. Buy a bulk pack of baby wipes.
Wipe your boots with baby wipes right when you get home. Maybe keep some at the office too to wipe them down when you get there in the morning. This will help to get the salt off of your boots and keeping it from staining.
You'll get more control using a card than you did using an actual ice scraper.
Just one scarf or set of gloves will not cut it. You're bound to lose a pair here or there, so make sure you have a couple of hats and gloves in your collections.

The wind can cut right through your jeans on cold days, so wear a pair of nylons or leggings underneath them to help keep you a little warmer without adding a ton of bulk.
