A group of children from low-income families were asked what they really wanted for Christmas, and what their parents really wanted for Christmas and then were interviewed by the UPtv team.
When the kids were shown the gifts they really wanted for Christmas, they were pretty excited.
But then, they were told they could only choose one: the gift they wanted, or the gift a family member really wanted.
It was a tough decision.
But these amazingly selfless kids, chose their families.
Every time.
Their reasons were touching.
And the explanations were wise beyond their years.
But they got quite the surprise when they found out they would take home both gifts because of their selfless choice.
And their parents were understandably happy and proud.
These children truly understand the spirit of giving and the importance of family during the holiday season.
