Recently during a reddit AMA, the folks from Cards Against Humanity asked for card ideas. The suggestions were hilarious. The team behind the popular card/humor game also gave some fascinating insight into how the cards are chosen and how they run their popular business. To be honest, it sounds super fun.
During a reddit AMA, the people from Cards Against Humanity asked for suggestions for cards to include in their next series. The suggestions were disgusting, repulsive–and not to mention, uproariously funny.
"AMA" stands for "Ask Me Anything." It's a popular forum series on the website reddit where popular media figures, celebrities, or other interesting or unusual people host an internet forum-based Q & A.
Here are a few of the best card suggestions:
The incorporation of dating apps could be pretty hilarious.
This suggestion would make a funny card... but the variation is even better.
And, further down in the AMA, we see the "Grindr" variation expertly utilized.
This suggestion might make you want to gag, but I'll be damned if I can't think of some great uses for it.
How does one get used to this?
Well I guess that's kind of the point, isn't it–it takes a whole lot of experiencing this to get used to it.
The Cards Against Humanity people were also asked a few "business-related" questions.
When the CAH people trolled PornHub.
When they sincerely explained their thought process behind writing/choosing cars.
Honestly, this dad sounds a little oblivious.
The regrets.
And this mother has quite a precious opinion.
And, in what is probably a logical question given the "controversial" nature of Cards Against Humanity, its employees were asked what their parents thought of their jobs.
The CAH folks used the suggestions they got in the reddit AMA to make a new "World Wide Web" expansion pack!
And you can buy it on their online store.
