This crazy invention was developed by Shanghai Chaoye Energy & Technology Co.. And despite the rough translation work done on the description, this expandable garage is definitely useful for everyone.

They also offer a solar-powered version for an even more environmentally friendly crowd.

The garages are made of carbon fiber with a specially treated fabric in the expandable portion to best protect your car.

The automated garage cocoon hardly takes up more space than the car itself (the driver took care to fold in his rear-view mirrors) yet still provides the protection of a full garage.
