It's getting a bit cooler as winter approaches, but here's one reason to look forward to the freezing temperatures.
Canadian Photogropher Chris Ratzlaff demonstrates the cool (pun intended) way bubbles instantly crystalize in freezing temperatures
He notes that it has to get the -13 degrees Farenheit for bubbles to freeze faster than they pop.
He uses a specific solution for the best results
3/4 C warm water, 2 1/2 T corn syrup, 2 1/2 T dish soap, and 2T of sugar. He then lets it chill a bit before blowing bubbles.
And within seconds,
It's completely frozen
