This Dad Made It Very Clear To His Daughter's Boyfriend Who Is The Boss With This Photo

Sharee Schock is a professional photographer and mom of four from Bangor, Wisconsin. Recently, her daughter (15) was doing what every high school student does during the fall months: going to Homecoming. And what activity is it that coincides with Homecoming festivities? Taking timeless photos.Â

Well, that's when her overprotective dad decided it was time to step in and send her boyfriend a little messageâ€“a reminder, if you will, that that's his little girl stillâ€¦and he's watching over her.

Meet Sharee Schock with other members of her family, including her daughter Ricarraâ€“the one who inspired this now viral photo.

Sharee explained that she was simply snapping photos of her daughter and her homecoming date (boyfriend) before they headed off to the dance. That's when her fun-loving, often hilarious teddy-bear like husband decided to get in on the action himself.

"My husband had mentioned previously in humor that he would do to the boyfriend whatever was done to our daughter," said Sharee.

Then, he decided it was time to make good on that promiseâ€¦literally. He wasn't going to just let this kid take great photos with his daughter without returning the favor.

Sharee said everyone was cracking up at his antics, and "it was his way of being silly with a pinch of 'Iâ€™m watching you: buddy.'" So what exactly did he do? This glorious photo bomb:

As you can see, it went massively viral. 36,000+ likes and 2,100+ shares. She told everyone "Feel free to share" and they did. Now the photo has made its way over to imgur, where it's been viewed 3 million times.

These numbers would seem to indicate the internetâ€“nay, the worldâ€“agrees with this overprotective dad, and would do the same for their daughter.

And we've got to say: we're in that majority of agreement! Well done, dad.Â

Sharee also (sadly) revealed that her husband is currently battling brain tumors, and this is his way of keeping his mind on positive, fun-loving family moments. "We hope that above anything else this pictures shows the love and protective nature of a dad with his little girl," stated Sharee. It absolutely has done that.
