The ear is full of a ton of acupressure points, but there's one in particular you should be pressing on every day.
It's called the Shen Men, and pressing on it boosts wellness, relieves inflammation, pain and even counters addiction, according to acupressure therapy author Michael Reed Gach.
Just put your thumbs right onto the points of both ears and massage them for about a minute or two once a twice a day, and your energy will automatically be boosted.
