IKEA Is At It Again. This Time They're Making Movable Walls For Your Small Apartments
IKEA has become the staple for those living in cramped urban housing. If you want the big city life, you've got to accept the big city housing options, which are less than sizable. Well, thankfully IKEA is taking their assistance in making the urban lifestyle even more necessary, because the Wall Street Journal reports they're now testing out moving walls.

A father in the study said the design made the apartment feel much bigger than his, and he reports his apartment is "20 square meters (215 square feet) bigger."

Ideally, they want to figure out the install instructions first, and get through all the safety regulations that will come along with it.

This is from the 5-in-1 apartment in Manhattan's Gramercy Park which uses a similar design. If you live in an urban environment or worse yet, a micro-housing unit, you know how important it is to get all the space you can get.
Keep an eye out for when IKEA releases this, because it could be your saving grace from claustrophobia.
