All cake is good. That's a fact (unless it's just shitty cake, of course). But there are some cakes that are far more than just cake - they're art.
Andre Dubosc's newest creation would undoubtedly fall under this category, but of all the "cake art" you've drooled over and admired, you've never seen any quite like this before.
French director, animator, and artist, Alexandre Dubosc, has many talents, not the least of which is making ridiculously awesome cakes.
The hypnotizing patterns featured on Dubosc's newest cake, "Melting POP," are zoetropes, or fixed images that when set in motion, appear animated.
Think of it as a "cake flip book" of sorts. Except, Dubosc's creations deserve a far better name than that...
So you can call them what he calls them: "caketropes."
