"Beautiful dog! What breed is he? A Shiba Inu?"..."Nope, he's a fox."
When he was just 4 months old, Todd was rescued by avid animal lover, Emma D'Sylva.
At almost a year old now, he's grown pretty fond of her.
Over the past seven months, Todd has found his place in Emma's family of dogs and even seems to be under the impression that he is one.
"He was a bit crazy when he first came to me last year but now he has a really strong bond with me and he will walk on a lead," D'Sylva says.
"He is very playful with me. He will run up to me wagging his tail when I go to feed him and he will roll over to have his belly tickled."
"He is similar to a dog but he is a bit more hyperactive. He gets on with my two dogs, and wants to play with them all the time."
Despite being full of energy, D'Sylva states that she's a bit more precautious with Todd due to the fact that's he's lost his hearing.
"I can't let him off the lead because he's deaf so I can't shout him to come back."
Even with his disability though, Todd is still as sprightly as can be. Not surprisingly, D'Sylva loves letting others meet him and experience his joyful spirit.
"He's really getting used to things now and I'm looking forward to letting more and more people meet him."
