#TrillYoga is the newest fitness trend to hit social media.
"Trill" is a slang term that means "true" and "real."
#TrillYoga was started by Claire Fountain, a 29-year-old NYC-based yoga teacher.
Fountain started the #TrillYoga tag on Instagram to show yoga enthusiasts that they didn't have to be super thin in order to master yoga poses.
She encourages followers to practice yoga while wearing anything, in any place with or without a mat.
Fountain has been doing yoga since she was 15-years-old to alleviate depression and anxiety.
Many people who have been following the hashtag consider it to be nothing more than half naked girls doing yoga.
But Fountain only wants to encourage people that they can look the way they want, wear what they want and don't need pricey studios in order to enjoy their yoga practice.
"If being comfortable in my own skin, and what my body is capable of is sexy, then so be it. But I don’t associate the word “sexy†with anything I do," Fountain told The Huffington Post. "If someone brings that to my image, that’s their choice as I don’t sexualize myself."
