A few years ago, Australian comedians, Hamish & Andy, pulled a prank on the patrons of Werribee Open Range Zoo by dressing up in gorilla costumes and pretending to be new attractions having just been transported to the enclosure there.
Expectant guests were wowed by them from start to finish as the two carried on doing more and more hilariously human-like things. We know, it's old material. But this one was worth digging up.
They start with a bit of makeup, hopping into their life-like gorilla suits.
After suiting up, it was time for the big reveal of "Yukini" and "Ganaka."
And the oblivious crowd was in complete awe.
After about 20 minutes of lounging, Hamish and Andy thought it time to mix things up. So they started tossing a frisbee around.
"That was amazing throw!"
Then, not long after, Hamish thought it'd be good entertainment value if the two got in a fight. So naturally, he started one.
But it didn't last long. The two got tired fast in their boiling hot suits.
Then, they started to really have some fun with things, testing the crowds belief. Hamish started with a remote control car...
"Is he actually playing with that??"
Then, Andy took a surprisingly accurate swing of the golf club...
"Wow. That was pretty spot on."
And finally Hamish thought he'd really test the audience by riding a bike.
And still, nearly everyone bought it!
But the greatest moment came at the end, when a Zoo keeper comes to pick them up, and one of them hops in the car. The crowds' response? Absolute disbelief.
