If You Ride Your Bike At Night, This Bike Projector Will Help Keep You A Whole Lot Safer

There are lots of avid cyclists out there. Aside from competitive bicycling though, there are millions of people who use them for their commutes to and from work, or simply for pleasure. There are also plenty of people that, either because of work schedule or preference, ride their bikes at night. And that can be risky business.

Fortunately, designer Elnur Babayev has come up with a concept that makes that infinitely safer: theÂ Cyclee.

Cyclee is a projector device that allows a cyclist to alert vehicles to his or her movements by projecting symbols onto their back.

The concept also denotes that these symbols are customizable through the mobile app that sync with the device.

The the concept page Babayev writes that they "can be modified via mobile application and then transferred to device." The device "can be mounted to various bicycle models ... the mounting part changes depending on bicycle model."

Babayev's vision is a device that will be attached to the back of a bike that's equipped with a special chipset that strictly monitors a rider's movements and notifies drivers of them with the appropriate symbols.

For example, signals would be projected when a cyclist begins to turn, stop, or is riding at a consistent pace, etc.

Suffice it to say, this is one product that both cyclists and drivers would greatly appreciate.
