The first time Polish mountain photographer, Karol Nienartowicz, saw the Tatras - Poland's highest mountain range - it was 2005. Immediately upon seeing its diverse and breathtaking beauty, he was smitten, going on countless hikes, taking countless pictures.
From that moment on, it's been a love affair, with the magnificent range not just serving as her favorite to photograph, but his favorite place to be. Ten years later, he's perfected capturing its beauty - from its snow covered caps and alpine meadows, to its emerald green lakes. Of that 10-year span, here are some of his favorite shots.
