Three years ago, French photographer, Nicolas Knepper's wife won France's edition of "Masterchef." But after making her name as a chef her entire life, she decided to explore baking, eventually opening up her own bakery.
Although her reputation has certainly helped get its name out, she wanted to do more to promote it.
